ON16B 型微光头盔观察镜可佩戴头盔观察，既可以双目观察，也可以单目观察，具有 体积小、重量轻、可靠性好、携行方便等特点。
ON16B helmet-mounted low-level-light viewer can be mounted on the helmet, for both binocular and monocular viewing. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, good reliability and carrying convenience. It is used for parachuting at night and special operations.
