ON16A型微光头盔观察镜具有亮度调节、辅助照明光源和强光保护、宽电压适应范围、欠电压报警显示功能及电池反接保护等主要功能。主要修理分队、主要武器平台等，用于夜间徒步行动，装备操控、维修、阅读等，可与头盔连接使用。

ON16A helmet-mounted low-level-light viewer is mainly characterized by brightness adjustment, auxiliary lighting source and strong light protection, wide voltage adaptation range, undervoltage alarm display, reverse connection protection for battery, etc. It is mainly assigned to the infantry squads, repair units, major weapon platforms, etc. for marching at night, equipment operation and control, maintenance, reading and so on.
