ON16F型微光头盔观察镜具备夜视观察、强光保护以及低电压指示等功能。主要用于夜间行动时观察道路和目标，进行警戒和巡逻，也可用于灯光管制条件下的装备操作及训练指挥，也可作为手持观察镜使用。主要用于远距离长时间行动、连续车辆驾驶、设备维护时使用，也可适用于夜间行动。

ON16F helmet-mounted low-level-light viewer has the functions of night vision, strong light protection, low voltage indication, etc. It is mainly used to observe roads and targets when marching at night, and to guard and patrol after getting into position. It can also be used for equipment operation and training command under the light control condition, and used as a hand-held viewer.
